Make little chocolate mousses

Step 1:
Using an electricmixer, beat eggwhites until soft peaks form.

Step 2:
Using a metal spoon, stir yolks into melted chocolate until combined.

Step 3:
Stir one-third of eggwhite mixture into chocolate mixture until combined.

Step 4:
Gently fold in remaining eggwhite mixture.

Step 5:
Pipe or spoon mixture into eight 70ml-capacity glasses.
