2 tablespoons vegetable oil1 cup chopped onion2 cloves garlic, minced2 stalks celery, chopped1 1/2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste2 teaspoons dried parsley1 teaspoon dried basil1 teaspoon dried oreganosalt and pepper to tasteHeat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Stir in onion, garlic and celery and cook until soft. Pour in tomatoes and tomato paste, stir, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in parsley, basil, oregano, salt and pepper; simmer 15 minutes, uncovered. Serve. Amount Per Serving  Calories: 143 | Total Fat: 5.4g | Cholesterol: 0mg
