1/2 cup molasses1/2 cup ketchup1 tablespoon ground ginger1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme1 tablespoon ground black pepper1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar1 dash hot pepper sauce, or to taste1 tablespoon garlic powderIn a medium bowl, mix molasses, ketchup, ground ginger, thyme, black pepper, distilled white vinegar, hot pepper sauce and garlic powder.
