Healthy Breakfast Recipes: Tofuberry Smoothie | Submitted By: FEBA

1/4 cup diced silken tofu2 tablespoons soy milk1/4 cup fruit yogurt1/2 cup raspberries1/4 banana2 cups orange juicePlace tofu, soy milk, yogurt, raspberries, banana, and orange juice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour in glasses over ice or vanilla ice cream. Amount Per Serving  Calories: 132 | Total Fat: 1.4g | Cholesterol: < 1mg
