2 medium sweet apples, cored and cubed1 green bell pepper, diced1/4 cup chopped red onion1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained2 tablespoons white wine vinegar1 tablespoon honey2 teaspoons Dijon mustardground black pepper to tasteIn a medium bowl, combine the apples, bell pepper, red onion and kidney beans. In a separate bowl, whisk together the vinegar, honey, mustard and pepper. Pour over the salad, and stir gently to coat. Amount Per Serving  Calories: 157 | Total Fat: 0.6g | Cholesterol: 0mg
