1 pound lean ground beef1 onion, chopped1 (8 ounce) package processed cheese, cubed1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, drainedPlace ground beef and onion in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until beef is evenly brown and onions are soft. Drain and set aside. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the cheese. Mix in the ground beef, onion and diced tomatoes with green chile peppers. Serve warm. Amount Per Serving  Calories: 32 | Total Fat: 2.4g | Cholesterol: 8mg
