Healthy Breakfast Recipes: Super Duper Oatmeal | Submitted By: Cassandra

1 cup milk1/2 cup water3/4 cup oats1/2 cup blueberries1/2 cup applesauce2 tablespoons wheat germ2 teaspoons ground cinnamon2 teaspoons sugarBring the milk and water to a boil in a pot. Mix in the oats, and reduce heat to medium. Stir in blueberries, applesauce, wheat germ, cinnamon, and sugar. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, or until oats are tender. Amount Per Serving  Calories: 270 | Total Fat: 5.3g | Cholesterol: 10mg
